Return and Refund Policy – BeArabelle

We offer a 30-day return policy, meaning customers may request a return within 30 days of receiving their order.

To be eligible for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, with tags and original packaging included, together with proof of purchase.

To initiate a return request, customers may contact us at info@be-arabelle.com. Once the request is reviewed and approved, detailed return instructions and the appropriate return address will be provided.  Kindly note that returns must be sent to our central warehouse in Asia, and the return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the sender.

Please note that unauthorized returns sent without prior approval may not be accepted.

Damages and Order Issues

Customers are encouraged to inspect their orders upon delivery and contact us promptly if an item arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect. We are committed to reviewing each case fairly and working toward an appropriate resolution.

Non-Returnable Items

Certain items may not be eligible for return due to hygiene, health, personalization, or safety reasons, including:

• Personalized or custom-made items
• Opened personal care products
• Perishable goods
• Hazardous materials or flammable products

Sale items and gift cards are generally non-refundable unless required by applicable consumer protection laws.

Exchanges

For exchanges, customers may request a return for the original item and place a new order for the preferred replacement item, subject to availability.

Order Cancellation

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of placement. To cancel, email info@be-arabelle.com within the 24-hour window.

Refunds

Once a returned item is received and inspected, customers will be notified regarding the approval status of their refund. Approved refunds will be processed back to the original payment method within approximately 10 business days, depending on the customer’s financial institution.
